Hi there all,
Am very new to TTX, only installed it this morning but I was wondering if there are any prebuilt forms that can be used to get me started or do I need to put a form together from scratch?
I have looked through the installed files and the contents of the templates folder all seem to relate to the actual workings of the ticketing system and not the actual form the end user would complete to submit a ticket

Hi there and thanks for the reply.

When I open that form in my browser it seems to be populated by a number of variables. Is TTX meant to pick these up or is it something that I need to configure?
