Is there a setting in the TTX or a way that would send an email to all operators once somebody claims the ticket? More than few people in my team get new ticket notifications via SMS (cell phone messages). They don't always have access to TTX portal to check if the ticket is claimed - so this would be an excellent way to let everybody else know that ticket has been handled. Thanks and regards,

1) make sure you have TTXTicket.pm revision 294 or newer
2) Add the following line to your config file
claimnotice=1
