Hello. There's a dict.csv in ttx222.zip but the setup instructions (
http://www.troubleticketexpress.com/trouble-ticket-setup.html
) don't mention it. Step 4 says "Upload all *.cgi and *.pm files", but never says to upload dict.csv
Is this file required?

Yes, it's required. It's the main text translation table and TTX calls it for all text it displays.

Actually Trouble Ticket Express can live without the translation file. If the dict.csv not found, the system shows the dictionary key itself. The trick is to use actual English word or phrase for the key. The original dict.csv contains 2 identical columns, thus if you do not use the dictionary for translation to foreign language or to change default phrases (e.g. "Contact Customer Service" contact form heading to "Ask Question"), you may skip the file.
