Hello,

First, I'd like to congratulate you for such a great product, and thank you for making it available for free to the public.

I have one question though... Is it possible to change the Ticket ID sequence? See, I have very little (almost none) experience with CGI and Perl, and I'm trying to set this product up in our website so we can handle our RMA requests through it. What I need to do is: change the Trouble Ticket ID sequence from 1, 2, 3, 4..... to make it display something like RMA'yy'001, RMA'yy'002, RMA'yy'003....... where "yy" is the year in two digits. It could be displayed in 4 digits too if it's easier. Is this possible? and How can I do it? what file do I need to edit?

Thanks,

Jorge.

I do not see easy "change line #XXX from ... to ..." solution as multiple changes should be applied to multiple files.

Thanks for your Reply.

That's no problem, I can handle editing multiple lines in multiple files. Can I find the instructions anywhere? or can someone here post them for me??

Jorge.
