Hi,

I am having trouble running the setup.cgi script on my first time installation. I have a windows server 2003 and I have created the web site for accessing the tickets and copied all files to the site directory. Now, from a browser window everytime I try to load the setup.cgi it returns the following error :

%1 is not a valid win32 application

that's it, a blank page with just that error message. any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your IIS web server is not configured to run CGI/Perl scripts. Google for "iis cgi perl" for server setup instructions.
