Need help with Trouble Ticket setup
«

I am using Windows 2003 Web Server. I downloaded Trouble Ticket Express file, unzipped the file and saved the contents to the folder c:\Inetpub\wwwroot. I then followed the link on the site to download ActivePerl 5.8.8 I then installed Perl on my web server. I cannot open setup.cgi in my browser. Can anyone help?
Cheers,

How exactly you can not open the setup.cgi in your browser? Page not found? Seen source code? Internal server error? Anything else?

I am having the same problem. I have downloaded the file and uploaded it to my web server in a sub folder called ttx222. I tried to browse to the setup.cgi in that folder and I got The page cannot be found error. I am running active perl 5.6.1 on my web server.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The "The page cannot be found" is the default HTTP 404 error generated by IIS. For further info please refer to
