Missing Templates

I've installed the script per the instructions and am getting the following when I attempt to access the templates

Fatal Error: Missing template erf.html  Erf.html is a custom template we built.  It worked great on the old server we were suing with a different company.  It hasn't worked since I moved to our servers.

I've reset the templates directory in the setup with no change.  What file do I need to check to see where I've gone wrong?

Make sure you have transferred the template to new server. Resetting templates will not create any custom templates.

It was several different probelms all wrapped up in one.  Mostly due to this being the first time I ever worked with any kind of script.  Since this came from a different server, I mistakenly copied the ttxcfg file in to the new server instead of allowing the install to make a new one.  Once I realized this, deleted the file and ran setup again, I found the custom form had been deleted.  I re-installed the form and fixed my problem.
