I see a reference to TTXSurvey in the code. Is there a module to Survey after a ticket is closed? Would it be possible to add text and a link to an outside survey.

TTX is full of experimental features and therefore yet to be used code.  Sometimes Alex removes these and sometimes he releases a new feature in a future version.  He will not tell anyone in advance.

Also, please observe this forum's posting rules and guidelines as per the sticky threads.  Thanks.

Sorry about the mistake.

If it is not a feature in TTX than can text and a link be added to a closed notification?

You mean you want a custom notification in the email notification that gets sent out when a ticket is closed?

Kinda...

You can modify the "ticket closed" message that gets added to the ticket as well as emailed in the notification.  Search the TTXTicket.pm module.  I think it's in the "ticket" subroutine.
