[REQ] Sending Email to multiple people

Great software...

I'm trying have three people emailed when a new ticket is created. I've been 2/3 successful ;-)

1) I want the person who submits the ticket to be notified
===> Done... That's a built-in feature

2) I want the correct support team leader to be notified
===> Done... The user chooses a group. Each group has the support team leader as its only member.

3) I want the submitter's manager to be notified. There are only three managers.

How do I do this? Can a ticket be assigned to 2 groups and if so, how do I differentiate between "Support Group" and "Manager Group"? Won't all groups show up on the Group pulldown menu?

If that isn't possible, how else can you email more than 1 person without using groups?

We had Alex create a custom piece that allows for a cc email field.  Works well.
