[INFO] Modify field labels (Name, Email, Subject) on ticket submission page

I apologize if this has come up before my forum searches didn't yield any useful results.

There must be an easy way to change the labels for the text fields in a new ticket form (TTX.cgi), but after looking through all of the files with "Name" in them, I couldn't figure out how to change it. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Most everything can be edited in the dict.csv file.

If an entry is missing, you can add it as long as you follow the existing format.

You leave the first part alone and only edit the part just after the comma.
