Currently I'm using two different customer service forms. I'd like to create a third, but hope to have a few things different .

First, I'd like for this particular form to not send a confirmation to the customer (and the other two to continue sending the confirmation).

Second, after they click the submit button I'd rather send them to a specific webpage, rather than get the "normal" canned response.

Is this possible? And how?
