Hi All

Our new message.txt is this

[root@winuxserver templates]# cat newmessage.txt

Re: Ticket (%TICKETID%), Status is: (%TICKETSTATE%)

Hello (%UNAME%),

A new message has been added to this Service Ticket.
You can view the history here: (%TICKETURL%)

The new message is:
*******************************************************
(%MESSAGE%)

*******************************************************

But in the email we see this....

Re: Ticket 2057, Status is: Responded

Hello Customer,

A new message has been added to this Service Ticket.
You can view the history here: Ticket 2057

ACCESS KEY: 2057Z456261902667583086

The new message is:
*******************************************************

How do we remove the reference to the ACCESS CODE?

Please edit the TTXTicket.pm, look for ACCESS KEY.

Hello,

If you only want to remove the access code from the message that goes to back to the "submitter" then all you should have to do is remove (%TICKETURL%) from newmessage.txt
