1. Version of TTX =  3.0.1
3. Linux RHEL AS4 OS, Apache,
4. Optional Modules: ttxalib223, ttxexport30, ttxgroups30, ttxlayout30, ttxfile301
5  Modification : Enable Group Mode checked, Access control checked, Hide operators checked.

Hi, In TTX can we enable the escalations feature. Like if some operator is taking more than 2-3 hours/days (should be configurable) to respond a ticket which is assigned to him, a auto generated email sent to his supervise or TTX Admin(should be configurable).

Hi Alok,

Currently, tickets can be reassigned by whomever is enabled to do so in the backend admin section. In order to send a notification, you will need to create a perl script and/or set a cron job to run.
