How do I get rid of the Item option? On System Setup, I unchecked Show in browser and Show in filter, but the Item box still appears when I click a ticket number to edit attributes.

I believe you'll need to modify the "ticketed.txt" template.  If it's not in there as a standalone item to remove, then you cannot do it without modifying the program itself.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
