Receiving customers requests by email, from customer given street address creating direct to maps, and than it all togeather into TTX. The problem is the link to map contain '#' character and TTX for some reason cut rest part of link:

http://mapa.czfree.net/#lat=50.0458947&lng=14.4657420&zoom=18&autofilter=1&type=satellite&geolocate=110|97|32|108|237|353|101|32|49|50|50|57|47|49|51|44|32|32|112|114|97|104|97|32|52&tilt=0&heading=0&

I have read this http://www.dispersiondesign.com/articles/perl/perl_escape_characters but there is nothing about '#' character. Trying to put backslah before this char cause whole link is visible but part after '#' is not active link but plain text. Trying to enclose whole string with '' but does not help.

On submission, body part is directly read from file 'text-utf8.txt' (to avoid any characters mismatch) by follow´ng method:

c:\utils\curl.exe --silent -o NUL -F "cmd=newticket" -F "do=1" -F "name=Accessibility" -F "email=nobody@nowhere.com" -F "subject=Accessibility query" -F "problem=<text-utf8.txt" "http://ttx.host.com/ttx.cgi"

Any ideas?

L.

BTW: Seems the ticket inserted by standard way via web form have same problem..
