The 2.23 is available for download. All module download pages were updated as well. The major new feature is Unicode support. And since it is nearly impossible to run full scale in-house  testing of Unicode support (mind all the possible combinations of Perl version, Perl library versions, SQL database software version and encodings - many languages have multiple code sets), we had to assign beta status to the whole package.

- Ticket deletion and transfer permissions on per operator base
- Read-only operators
- Verification code (captcha) feature does not require GD Library any more
- Notification messages now include file attachments (the feature is optional, may be specified separately for customer side and internal messages, the feature is disabled in demo)
- Sticky custom field values for contact form (optional)
- Operator selector on contact form. Allows assigning a ticket to particular service representative. (optional)
- Autorefresh option in ticket browser
- Selective filtering in reports section

Security fix:
- No ticket access key in URLs (operator interface). Prevents unauthorized access to tickets using browser cache.

For my installation, I'm not concerned about unauthorized access.

Is there still a way to have a hard link back to a specific ticket?  I mean, would a traditional URL containing the "&key=" still function if called?

Thank-you!

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
To those seeking help.... please report back when you figure it out.  Cheesy

There are no changes to customer side interface. The direct link to a ticket is still valid.
