Hello,

We are trying to setup a way to have messages (help desk tickets) generated via Email, which have various fields defined.
As it stands now, we can generate the emails to the helpdesk using the Email Piping add-on without any issues, however, what we would like is a way to define the fields we want, when the ticket is generated from email.

We have the following fields on our web based submission form: (* denotes required)

* Name:
* Email:
Phone Number:
Topic (this is a drop down option)
* Subject

Given that, is there a way to have the Tickets generated w/ those fields defined, when submitting from email?
Is there any way for trouble ticket express to read the email and populate those fields based on information from the email?

Currently, only Email: and Subject: are generated as a default.


Any help would be appreciated.
