When I loign as operator, the default status of ticket status is blank. So it shows all the tickets.

How do I set it to default to "Not Solved" so that I only see Not solved tickets?

I think you'll want to re-post this over in the Trouble Ticket Express Troubleshooting Forum.

HelpDesk Connect is a totally different product.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
