I am looking for a way to assign an operator automatically to a ticket based on a value chosen from one of the custom fields.  ie) Problem =  Blackberry/Cellphone >> the ticket is automatically assigned to xyz operator or xyz group.

Should be easy if you're familiar with Javascript.

Read this to become familiar with how to submit a fixed value in lieu of a standard item...,738.0.html

Then use a custom Javascript to set your new hidden field value whenever the selection of the other pull-down menu changes.

Did you update the paths in ttxcfg.cgi after moving TTX to your new location?   Undecided
